I had a reservation with a guest who checked in on November 19 and checked out on November 24.
As of today, December 8, I still have not received the payout for this booking. I opened a support case with Airbnb on December 2, and since then the only message shown is:
“This transaction is pending and we don’t have any more information at the moment. If you believe you received this message by mistake, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you resolve this.”
I am requesting an immediate review and resolution of this issue, as the payment is long overdue.
