Missing quick replies
Since Airbnb sorts Quick Replies alphabetically, I started reorganizing mine by adding numbers in front of the ones I use most (e.g. 1) Confirm Booking, 1a) Pending Booking, etc.).
However, after doing this, the top 6 Quick Replies no longer show up when I try to use them in a guest chat. They do appear in the edit menu, and they’re correctly applied to all my listings — they just don’t show up in the actual messaging window anymore.
This only started happening yesterday.
Is anyone else experiencing missing Quick Replies?

Yesterday my app was a bit glitchy too, but my quick replies were still working fine. You can try restarting your phone or refreshing your desktop browser first. If that doesn’t work, logging out and back in often fixes the issue. Clearing your app cache or updating to the latest version can also help.

Thanks @Patricia2526! After several different attempts, I found out that there is a bug with some of the "Add details", like "Guests first name". If you have this included in your quick reply, it won't show up. I hope Airbnb will fix this bug soon!
"Details are shortcuts that are personalised to your guest or listing whenever they’re used in a message.

Seeing the same problem since yesterday. Reported it to Airbnb as a bug via the feedback form
