Monthly discounts

Hello, 

I am curious if I am missing a way to add a monthly discount but specifically only for certain times of the year? Also if you can make an option of rates for longer stays such as if you choose monthly stay no breakfast is included in the rate, etc.

The way to do this are by using rulesets. But "professional hosting tools" must be activated in your account (consult HELP fies)

With rulesets you can create  a rule, containing several custom options (also discounts). Then apply that rule to the desired time period.

Options set in rules will overtake same options (like monthly discount) set elswhere.

Hi there! The short answer is no, the platform doesn't support these specific features natively. Standard monthly discounts apply year-round, and amenities can't be automatically turned off for longer stays. To get around this, many hosts turn off the automatic monthly discount completely. Instead, add a line to your listing details saying: 'We offer special custom rates and modified amenities (no breakfast included) for stays over 28 days—please message us before booking.' When they reach out, you can use the 'Send Special Offer' button to give them the exact custom rate you want for that specific time of year!

Sorry Snehal but the answer is yes! It is possible to apply monthly discounts to certain periods of the year by enabling Airbnb's Professional Tools as explained in @Emiel1 post.

There's a great guide on how to apply your own personalised rule sets in the Host Guide section found under the left hand side menu bar here.
