Sometimes a guest would like to continue his stay. He creates another reservation. Then after he leaves, Airbnb asks to leave a review for each stay. In this case, two. I know the question might sound a bit silly, but do you, fellow hosts, usually write only one review like I do, or write one for each stay? What if a guest writes more than one review, should I as a host do the same? Does it make sense?
@Muslim4 if there are two stays we write two reviews. It is much easier though to just extend a stay by changing the original check out date rather than creating a new stay.

If I already received a payout for the original stay, then if guest changes his check out date when will I receive money for that extra period of time? Immediately upon renewal, or later after the old check out date?
