My account in “ poused “

I have trye to talk to one manager/ supervisor about my account block over a problem whit one reservations.this is the fifth day my account is block, I can’t take reservations, can’t make any $.THE ONLY UNSWER I KEEP REICIVE IS “ wi will contact you soon! NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN WHATS THE PROBLEM.I like to talk and have a clear explanation please **

@Masiero0 sadly this is the way Airbnb operates. @Catherine-Powell represents hosts with Airbnb but even with 1068 great reviews at an average of 4.89 you are being treated shabbily. Sadly there is no solution other than to Mae sure you are also listed on other platforms like VRBO or Booking.com.

P.S. Love that word 'poused', no clue what it officially means but has a cool sound to it. I got just the perfect opportunity to use it on a most bothering individual. 'Don't poused on me',   😎

Hi @Masiero0 ! Thank you for sharing your concerns with fellow Hosts. As I noticed this thread and had a quick look at your profile, I saw that four of your listings seem to be on your profile. Did you have more than 4 listings? Or have you heard back from the Support team since you posted?
