My business in 2024 was very slow—it went down by 50% compare to 2023 & 2022.
Has anyone else experienced the same? Did you have to lower your room rates or cleaning fees?
My place is super clean, with spotless rooms and fresh linens. However, utilities are expensive, and of course, there's the mortgage to pay. Not sure what else to do—any advice?

Yes lots of data sources - it depends on your location- your local tourist board may have tourist footfall data you can buy and companies like Airdna have supply and demand data @Elea0
Hi @Helen3, I do not know. Our listing is in Frisco TX 75036. Is there any data I can look into?

Hi @Elea0 😊,
Thank you for asking this question here, it's always great to double-check with other hosts.
I'm sorry to hear that your business is going slow.
As Helen suggested, it would be much better for you to connect with local hosts from your area and discuss your concerns through our 👉 Local Host Clubs.
Warm regards 🌻,
