@Debra663 The new listing is going to fail 100% I am afraid. How do I know? Well it has zero availability so no one can book it.

@Mike-And-Jane0 I'm living here until March 1.  Then I'm moving to Europe and I will have a host manage it.  There are a few weeks between now and March 1 that I will be IN Europe and I will rent it out.

 

But thanks for the feedback.  And I have new furniture and spent 25 k this year updating the 2 bathrooms so I need to update the pictures.
