If business is your motivation, one suggestion that you may wish to consider.

Your rate for 1 person staying is the same as 4 people staying.

If you set up your rates so that 2 people could stay for the base rate, you could then charge an additional fee for addition guests.

This may help offset addition cleaning etc and get you a better return.
