My listing has wrong post code.. and won’t change

Help! Why does my listing have wrong postcode, and will not change when I alter it?

@Elaine768 You cannot change the address if you have outstanding bookings. You need to call customer support and they will a) change the address and b) notify all existing bookings of the change.
