Any suggestions to improve my listing would be appreciated.  I was an Airbnb Ambassador in the past and would like some help with how things are run now.

Hello Johnny -

What a beautiful home and listing you have!   I am sure it will be a very successful Airbnb property.  How cool, you have an elevator! 

The only suggestions I have are:

- Maybe state how far you are from Sarasota and the airport.

-Detail local grocery shopping and convenience to restaurants.   

Again, you have a stunning home and have done a great job with your listing!

@Johnny383 A beautiful home indeed. You need more pictures to SHOW the things you DESCRIBE in your listing.

So first, better photos that capture the essence of your home. 

1.  The view

2.  Additional photos of balconies, especially showing those leading from other rooms

3. the beach

4. All bedrooms in their entirety

5. all bathrooms, inckuding half bath, in their entirety

6. the elevator—not just the call button

7.  I think 5 -6 guests max; common areas appear tight for seven guests. 
8. 12-cup Coffee machine; Keurig too small for maximum guest count. 
9.  Same for toaster—replace with 4-slot toaster. 
10. pictures of dishes, pots & pants, cutlery, glassware, etc. 

just my thoughts and suggestion.
