I would like to an expert host, can see my listing and help me with advice to make it more efficient
You have done very well but all your reservations were 1 nighters. Are you looking to have more 1 nighters, I have seen listings do very well in that market?
Or are you seeking longer stays?
Advice is different depending on the market you are targeting.
Hi Marie, thanks for writing, we just started, and we looking for advice on the pictures and the listing description, to improve it. Thanks
Both the description and the pictures need to be focused on your target market. Targeting one nighters there interest priority is a shower and bed to sleep. A guest staying a week then you want to focus on my location is great for what your market is looking at your area for? If your spending a week somewhere shower and bed is still important but mornings coffee, breakfast. Evenings a place to eat dinner relax and unwind. You have to identify what market your targeting?

Hi @RudyandCami0 well done on your new venture and welcome! It is nice that you already have a number of stays and reviews after such a short time in the market.. and good reviews.
@Marie8425 is correct in suggesting that it is not clear what target markets you are best suited for... you will know best who those potential guest are and your marketing should reflect that, as she suggests.
Just a few observations that may assist with your presentation to potential guests.
• You have 21 photos of your setup and surroundings - 6 of them feature the hot tub.. maybe overkill?
• Nice that you have commented on most of the pics to better tell the story
• Some of your pics are landscape and some portrait.. my suggestion would be to keep them consistent.
• I would suggest re taking the bathroom images without the towels and maybe the shower curtain tied back to open the space a little more...
• I note that you mention the surrounding places to visit but my suggestion would be to add distances to each (mins walking/ driving) this gives the potential guests a better understanding of your context.
• Maybe explain the places you mention a little more (ie what is that place/ what is there to do...?) This will help explain to other why your place is such a good place compared with other place to stay...
• Allowing single night stays certainly increases your turn-around costs considerably, I would highly recommend a 2 night minimum stay
• It is not clear if this place is part of a home or stand alone, maybe clarify this a little more?
• I have not checked on your local competition night rates, but you should continually do this to ensure that you are competitive.
I hope that may assist to review your presence.
Regards
Graham
