Hi I'm a new host and was wondering how to increase the flow of guests. I'm in kisumu,Kenya.

Congratulations!  So much fub as a Guest decided to join the Host Group.

For your photos, you want to give potential Guests a visual walk through of your rental.  Include the kitchen, any outdoor space and any views.

Review amenities, it says No Essentials and No Hot Water,  Include everything refrigerator, microwave average count is more like 30 or 35.

Review your market pricing for a 1 bedroom apartment to see if yours is appropriate.

Your market is probably vacationers. Use your ad and create guidebooks, tell the Guest why your rental is the best choice to visit for 7 days.
