Can anyone help with this

I don’t receive any booking although I have many properties listed in the app and the prices are very reasonable

All noticed 6 of your 8 listings are in the search system (i checked only for weekly stays)

It is recommended to check the statistics pages, like the "amount of views"

(menu "insights", see help files for details)

Some listings need to be updated.

Be sure to add all captions to the photo's, like type/size of bed to all bedrooms

Also complete houserules on some listings with the (no) smoking, (no) parties, (no) pets options.

Check if amount of guest and amount of beds is matching

for example listing: Poolside Bliss: Selena Bay Garden Apt & Terrace says:

4 guests, 1 bedroom, 1 bed 1, bath

Four guests can not sleep in one bed !

Your Overall Review Score does not meet the Airbnb preffered 4.8 lenth of time Hosting says experience so another negative.  Can be fixed but some effort required.

First what is a mimum price coners expenses.

Break up the discount for  more traction New Listings Sale discount and Airbnb New Listing Discount.

Ltsrings that have at least 3 reviews do a Sale Discoubt and an Airbnb Cusyom Discount on your calendar.  I set up 3 or 4 Airbnb Custom Discounts using diffeerent days.

Airbnb will do promotions for New or Custom discounts.

Listings that don't fit in  those discounts you will need to Sale price very strong.  Airbnb does boostthe lower priced listings.

Then show the Airbnb conputers active Host.  Regularly make changes in your ad that you have to Save.  That changes the date edited to the current date.

On top of that when you do get reservations make the effort so you get a higher score. It is not going to be a quick fix.   I would estimate your going to need at least 10 stays that give a 5 to get higher up
