My listings are suspended - What should I do?

Hi guys, Ron and Hadrian here. 

My Airbnb listings are suspended. I don't know why.

There were no communications from Airbnb. 

The last issue I had was with a guest who was smoking methamphetamine. 

This is a shared house. I provided evidence to Airbnb, and they cancelled the reservation.

Then, I was stern with the guest and asked him to leave the property.

This person's account has been cancelled by Airbnb.

Another issue I recently had was an Airbnb guest fighting with another Airbnb guest.

I called Airbnb again, and the trust and safety team cancelled the guest's reservation who instigated the fight.

The guest left.

But again, all of this has nothing to do with me. I don't know why my account is suspended.

I called Airbnb, and the support ambassador also does not know why all of my listings are suspended. 

What should I do? I really rely on this income to support my family.

Check your Email Spam/Junk Folder. Reasons for Suspension (Common Triggers) Airbnb usually suspends listings for investigation if guest filed a serious complaint (safety, cleanliness, discrimination, threats, damaged property dispute).

Your listings have an average ratings of 4.57. So unfortunately you must have had some poor reviews. 
some guests complained of mould, poor maintenance, dirty accommodation and broken furniture.

Airbnb considers ratings of 4.60 or below as poorly performing listings and does suspend listings in these circumstances.

Are you sure you had no notifications from Airbnb asking you to improve before they were suspended ??
