Hi @Jacqueline1697  congratulations on a truly beautiful property.... I really enjoyed reading through your listing - it looks like a wonderful place to stay. A few ideas below;

Keep your listing title concise and evocative - pull out the strongest selling points e.g. Beachfront Bliss: Ocean Views, Designer Interiors & Resort Amenities.

You also might consider trimming the number of photos a little, as there are quite a few to scroll through, and tightening up the description to make it easier for guests to take in all the key details at a glance. You could move all of the beautiful lifestyle and "experience" details to your Guidebook or Welcome Book.

In the early stages, offering an opening special or a few short stays at a reduced rate can also help kick start your listing with some great reviews and momentum.

Good luck 🙂

Hi @Jacqueline1697 ! what a beautiful property! welcome to Airbnb.

I personally love the amount of detail in the property description, however most people don't take the time to read long texts and important information can be overlooked if there is too much going on.  Maybe you can find a way to smartly reduce the amount of text however keeping the key elements to always provide concrete details.  Chat GPT can help with this, but always make your personal tweaks to the text to avoid sounding too much like an AI.

Also, there is a part where you mention "guest access" however at the end there is a dedicated part for this, so it is a bit redundant. Maybe you can cut that part and paste it in the "guest access" section of the listing.

This part:
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive private access to the entire apartment excluding a locked supplies cupboard in the corridor.
Self-check-in is via a safety lock box, ensuring a smooth and flexible arrival process.

I also agree that there are way too many photos, maybe you can remove a couple just to make it simpler for the guest.

Some people like to look at all of them, however most people prefer simpler listings and there is a risk they will click away if there is too much info or stuff to read or see (based on personal experience).

Other than that I believe you did a great job! good luck with your rentals!

@Jacqueline1697 HI and welcome

@Jacqueline1697 Superb listing! Loved the details and how tidy and clean everything seems like. I would touch up some of the photos that light casts a blue tint on them, make them more warm white. And of course, remove any low-res photos and duplicates.

5 stars!
