Hi everyone,

I am kind of new at hosting and looking for some support.  I have 3 villas listed and have all the required amenities, have reasonable rates, communicate immediately with everyone but I am not be getting any bookings, not even much queries to convert into deals.  Can anyone help?  I don't understand what I am falling short of. Look forward to read some thoughts and ideas.

@Gillian166 yes, we do have a kitchen, not for guests to use, our help at the premises is available for any requirement.

just replying as I came across this and have been familiar to this term😆. BHK is a term for  Bedroom, Hall & Kitchen. (In India, hall means Living Room).

@Bhumika  yes I was assuming the "k" meant kitchen, (when I lived in Japan they used LDK so I assumed it must be similar), but @Priti14  is saying there's no kitchen for guests. Up to them to work out the pricing for their region, and a lack of bookings might very well be about the perceived price/value.
