My new listing

Hi I listed my property last night, it says listed but I’ve asked friends to search it and it doesn’t come up. Have I done something wrong? 😑

Yes, you did something wrong 😉 :

You did not show enough patience, as it takes at least 24 hours (upto 72 hours) before a new listing shows up in the search system. 

In the mean time i looked at your listing.

It is nice !

I noticed you offer the 20% "new listing" discount.

But as you did not set a maximum stay, somebody can book the lsting for several months, having the 20% discount for the whole time period !

I suggest as a new host start with Short Stays (max. 27 nights), to gain more quickly hosting experience and reviews.
