I would like to know if my residence is full and I want to share new guests near me how to benefit from it and is there be a service available to us and how is the mechanism?

Was it a repeat request from a guest that you were looking to accommodate? I'll also recommend you to explore Airbnb's Local Host Clubs, and join one near you where you might be able to connect with regional Hosts for some more advice on this! 

Please keep us posted how you're dealing with these type of instances in case you already found some work-around!
