I need advice on how to improve my listing. Over the past 6 months my bookings have dropped hugely on AirBnb. I want to increase bookings on airbnb but have run out of ideas. I've uploaded good photos, improved the listing descriptions, optimised words, and implemented a price optimisation software. Nothing has worked. I'd appreciate any and all advice from the community.
My listing is attached below.

@Happy-Hideaways0 Very cute space! Way too cozy for sleeping 8 guests with two bedrooms and 1 bath. I looked at your reviews and a lot of guests are echoing the same sentiment. You are attracting the wrong type of guests with this set up and they are giving you less than 5 star reviews bringing you down in the search algo.
Yes, they maybe read the listing and sleeping arrangments when booking however once there, realized it was not going to be sufficient. You have seating for 4 at dining table. Seating for 4 on couch. Balcony seating looks sufficient for 3-4 persons.
My recommendation would be to get rid of the two single beds and put a queen in that room. Sleep 4 guests in beds and maybe one addtional in the sleeper couch. You will then attract the guest that your space can actually accomodate.
Good job on mentioning no elevators as well as height of parking garage. I would also add some pics of local attractions to beef up your photo reel.

Thank you so much for asking for a listing critique here! When did you start hosting?
