Need some advise on how to boost my listing

hello everyone, I'm glade to be part of this amazing community, I'm new here and it's my 1st listing And I'm a bit worried that I'm not getting any interactions or booking, can anyone help me with some advises on how to boost interactions and booking to my property?

Hi and welcome to the Airbnb host community!

It’s totally normal to feel a bit anxious in the beginning — we’ve all been there. Your place looks lovely and cozy!

A few quick tips that helped me when I started:

Great photos are everything — invest in bright, professional-looking images if possible.

First 3 lines of your description should really “sell the feeling” of staying there — not just the facts.

Set competitive prices at first (even a little below market) to get your first reviews.

Turn on Smart Pricing and offer a discount for first 3 bookings — it gives a visibility boost.

Reply fast to any messages, and keep your calendar updated daily.

Wishing you many happy guests and 5-star reviews!

Hi @Ahmed1139  😊

Thank you for asking this here!

When did you start hosting?

I'm tagging a few hosts here to see what advice they can share with you: @Till-and-Jutta0@Oksana127@Lorina14 and @Karen4131.

Warm regards 🌻,

Thank you all so much, you guys are great and I really love how you guys are giving the new joiners a warm family feeling, that's really enough to give me a boost even in my hardest busy days to keep trying on offering the best.

Best regards to all 🙏
