Congratulations!  Very cute.  Minor glitch though on Airbnb it is totally acceptable to list hotel rooms, there is a hotel designation.  The Airbnb Platform does not support hotel booking as the average site.  If you have 5 hotedl rooms, you have to create a listing for each room.  Airbnb only supports one reservation per a listing for a specfic date range.  Right now if someone books 1 room for the weekend all your rooms would not be available.  I know little confusing at first but easy and actually kind of cool because you get to try 5 differennt titles and 5 different cover photos,

Then when you create your Airbnb listings, think you are creating a digital brochure that sells your property to a Potential Guest.  You have multiple pages per listing for text and photos.  Think like your target market.  What do you have that would entice.  What is special?  They don't know, tell them.  Show them pictures for your property create imaginary thoughts of a great couples vacation.  Guests imagine themselves in the pictures because they don't physicaly see until arrival.

Airbnb Guests are a different buying mindset then just a hotel room booking site.  You have to promote why your the right choice.  Near a favorite beach or site.  Centrally or seclusionary location.  Parking or nearby public transportation.  Every place is perfect for some market.  Determine your market and build your digital brochure (Airbnb Listing).

Hi @Sagara1 👋

Congratulations on getting your listing up and running that’s an exciting first step!

I had a look at your listing your place looks bright and welcoming! You’ve got a nice setup for travellers who want comfort and good value.

A few quick ideas that could help increase clicks and bookings:

Cover photo: Try leading with your brightest, most spacious shot (ideally one that shows the bed and natural light). The first image is what draws most attention in search results.

Title: Consider adding one clear benefit or feature for example, “Modern private room with balcony  near city centre” so guests instantly see what’s special.

Description: Start the first two lines with what guests will love most those lines appear in the search preview. You can also mention any nearby landmarks or restaurants to help guests imagine the location.

Amenities check: Make sure you’ve ticked all essentials like Wi-Fi, toiletries, and workspace if available. These small details really help listings show up in filtered searches.

Pricing: For your first few bookings, try keeping prices slightly below similar nearby listings until you collect a couple of reviews that initial momentum helps visibility a lot.

You’re off to a great start just a few small tweaks to your photos, title, and first lines can make a big difference. Wishing you lots of bookings soon! 🌟

Sorry I can't agree with  @Akshatha0  (did you actually review the listing or just use an AI based tool to give a standard response?

 @Sagara1

Sadly your place doesn't look bright and welcoming you are using a logo as the first image rather than what should be the best image you have to highlight the benefits of your accommodation, the accommodation looks quite bare, then you have a photo of an empty room .

there is no description of what's included in the accommodation or the hotel - what facilities do guest have at the hotel - why no mention of them in the listing or photos .

theres no description or photos of the local area and key attractions.

look at super hosts in your location with similar listings to see how they describe them and how they are decorated .

once you've dressed the accommodation on offer get some decent photos done and rewrite the copy

best of luck

Thanks @Helen3

Hi @Sagara1

I suggest to change your Airbnb cover photo its extremely important because it’s the first impression guests get of your listing  it’s what makes them stop scrolling and click.

The cover photo is the first thing shown in search results.

Your cover photo communicates what makes your place special whether it’s a view, a pool, a design style, or a unique feature.

You can also add photos of nearby beach and proximity that would be your selling point.
