TV failure during guest stay

I have a ongoing guest , due to unforeseen circumstances TV is not working as it's a electonics which some time beyond hosts control, can i refund some amout to my guest due to TV failure as a inconvenience gesture from my side,will it effect my ratings if not how do I refund him

You can compensate a guest by either:

- using the resolution centre to sent money

 

- using the "change" option on the reservation to change the total price of the reservation (click in pricefield

 

Discuss the issues with the guest upfront and make agreement about compensation
