I have listed my property for some time but not much I years so far,  I wonder is it the location of my place bring accessible only by car.  I’d be happy to hear your thoughts and feedback.

Maybe consider to offer a shorter time period.

The listing also needs some update:

- Create better title (are you offering an apartment, being part of the house or are you offering the whole house ?)

- Add more description (now only 1 sentence)

- Add captions to the photos (type/size of bed), create also section "kitchen" with relevant photos

- Your houserules: add the (no)pets, (no)smoking , no(parties) rules, check-in/check-out times etc..

Your listing is largely incomplete.  It is listed as 1 bedroom however to me it's more of a studio as there aren't bedroom walls, door etc.  I would choose studio as the type of accomodation. 

Title- I would use to highlight things in the area, no need to add one bed apartment as that is already filtered automatically.  Are you near a beach, is there shopping close by?  Why do people visit Dublin Ireland?

Your amenities don't appear to be all listed.  I am sure you have hot water.  You should be going through each and every amenity and checking off what you do have and add explaination if there is an area to do so.

Listing description is basically blank.  You can have up to 500 characters for your short description.  You should be filling in informatuion about you the host as much as you can.

@Rebecca  Here's my prompt  below.  It was an extremely basic prompt as I knew little about the listing.  The more information  you give Chat, the better the outcome is going to be.  If it returns something you want fine tuned, just ask it to fine tune to your liking.

@Rebecca  I use Chat GPT just about every day for many things. Yes,  it will also make SEO friendly.  It will always ask/suggest improvements in its delivery as well as give many options as far as tone, format etc. 

Chat is  truly is a time saver.  I do however worry about it dumbing me down lol.  I do like to think and problem solve on my own.  It is great though to get the idea juices flowing as well as oganizing what you want to say in a logical manner.  It also helps smooth out my communications with guests and  people in general which is nice as I can come off a little bit curt and right to the point.

The main issue I can see is you only have a one sentence description. @Gareth308 

you need to provide a description of your accommodation

Where is it? Why would I visit the area . How far is it from the city? Coast? Local attractions ? Do you need a car? Near amenties .

describe the listing highlighting key amenities and benefits 

say what sort of guests it's most suitable for .

You also haven't uploaded your host photo or profile which helps install trust .
