Hi Everyone,
I have a new cohost listing and looking for some feedback to optimize! Thank you so much! Excited for this community.
Stephanie,
It looks like you have a great property. Well done! Here are a few original thoughts:

Blessings on your hosting! Keep up the great work.
Thank you very much for your feedback! We have arranged to get professional photos done and I do currently have Pricelabs connected to our calendar. I love the idea of guest POV for photos, i will keep this in mind when the photographer arrives! Again thank you !
@Stephanie3372 Great to hear about the photos that will be coming. Can't wait to hear/see how they turn out!
@Stephanie3372 Once you get the new photos done, (or even before), use the Captions feature with the photos. It allows you to include information specific to a room or area in your property. You've done a lot of that in your About the Space area, but it's much easier to digest when guests are looking at the room and seeing the details right there. An example caption might be:
Master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom, Smart TV, and closet space for storage.
Another reason to use captions is to remove all of that info from your About This Space area.
That is WAY too much information in that field, and guests will not read it.
Also, I would not feel the need to mention everything the kitchen contains. That is covered when you check off "full kitchen" in amenities. If you have some specialty appliances or something, you can include a picture and caption. I think listing all the utensils, etc. is not an efficient use of space in that field, or in general.
The captions are particularly important for you to label the shared/public spaces for your listing, i.e. the club facilities. I kid you not, if you are not careful about this, guests will assume it's a private pool, golf resort, etc. I know it sounds incredibly stupid, but it will happen, and you are now in the business of protecting yourself from situations like that, with unhappy guests insisting that they only booked for the x, y, or z, thinking they are all a part of YOUR property. Include captions indicating that this is a shared/public amenity.
Captions will also help with the picture of the large golf cart?? I have no idea what that is, and why it's in your listing. Actually, I do have a guess, but it's so important to be very specific when dealing with guests. It's probably transportation to the clubhouse? Anyway, to avoid a guest showing up and asking for the keys to that thing, be specific about what it is.
You have an amazing property. Good luck with your hosting venture!
