New Property Manager wants to start a new listing. Do I delist or delete my listing?

My new property manager wants to "own" the listing/won't be a co-host. I don't want to lose all my reviews by deleting my listing just incase it doesnt work out. Is delisting enough? Will they be able to make a new listing for the property?

I'm a cohost and would never demand a client ie a host puts their listing under my profile. @Selena95 .

The only one who wins in that situation is the property management as your reviews and ratings are attached to their profile. And it makes it much harder for you as the host to walk away if the relationship isn't working as all your bookings are in their name.  Please don't do it.

In your situation I would ask on the New York host group for recommendations of great local cohosts who will be happy to be added to your existing listing as a cohost.

@Selena95 That does not seem like a reasonable request to me. You can't actually delist and create the same listing. It will have to be deleted and you will lose the review. Honestly, I would not work with a property manager who would demand something like this. there are plenty managers who will work according to your needs.
