New Updated Service Fees

Does anyone know the answer to this question: Are the current bookings made before the implementation of the 15% fee exempt, or will the upcoming tenants encounter an unexpected fee?

@Spiro64 all existing bookings will be under the old fee structure. If this didn't happen the guest would be happy because they would not be charged the 14.2% current fee however you would be unhappy as your fee would go from 3% to 15.5%

Hello @Spiro64, thank you for sharing your question here.

I wanted to share that this will only impact bookings made after you switch to the new single service fee. Any existing bookings will not be impacted.
