New fee structure query.

Ok, so we all know that hosts are going to be paying all fees, and guests will pay nothing but the price they see.

so are Air BnB going to make this plainly obvious to prospective guests at the time of booking, or actually before they book.

im wondering if we need to edit our listing so that guests are made aware that the price they see is the only price they pay.

we are putting our prices us, but I’m worried that potential guests may be unwilling to pay that price. Even though they are not actually paying any extra at all.

@Ian58020 As a guest it is fairly obvious (though not stated explicitly) that the price I see is the price I pay. I suggest you pop on to Airbnb and see how it looks for guests. Hopefully this will ease your concern.

It's not clear why you feel you should apologise for something the guest doesn't even see or know anything about.
