How do I add the feature(s) for guests to add additional guest information to a booking? Such as name, email phone number, etc. 

Is this an option to do? I find myself replying to message when the guest says me and my friend or me and my spouse... Is there a way to have this automatically required before booking?

I reached out to Airbnb support, and it seemed like no one is responding, although mentioned 24/7. Make me wonder.

You only need information like phone number from the main guest (the one who is booking). But the phonenumber is automatically showed to you once reservation is confirmed. It is not common to ask for a private email-address (an certainly not from additional guests).

But the guest can add information to the reservation about the additional guest like this:
