New host

@Jonathan2037 I think you are posting in the wrong board but I am sure @Quincy will move you to a more appropriate place.

Anyway welcome but we can't comment on your listing as it is either not live yet or you have already managed to get it suspended! Lets hope it is the former.

My advice is to read lots but don't stress over the bad stuff. 99.99% of the bad stuff won't happen to you unless you are incredibly unlucky.

Welcome Aboard!

My best advice to you as a host is "do unto others as you'd want them to do unto you." I've traveled most of my life, and I've a pretty clear idea of what I'd prefer in a host and a place to stay. As a host, that's my model for what I provide, my attitude, and behavior. So far, so good! 

Make it fun, personal and wonderful, you'll do great!
