Hi everyone, may we ask for your feedback to know what do you think and can have idea to add, positively, for our place. What do you think about our pictures and the main description of the place and rules? Another thing is, how long do you spend to get your first booking?

Thank you for that. We appreciate it.

I think you've got a really lovely place in a great destination.
Being a new host myself, I have a few things to mention that may help:
(i) the photos could benefit from being taken with better lighting and better angels. The photos with beds in them are spacious while the other photos seem quite busy. It may be better to focus on one aspect of the photo at one time. Would you consider publishing less photos and more descriptions to encourage a healthy curiosity? I'm not sure.
(ii) i love that you have given a lot of advice on care and risks, e.g. hot tub, bunk beds, kayaks, swimming, etc. I feel though, that the potential for hazardous outcomes from a chill-axed stay may dampen the experience. Perhaps sharing emergency numbers or reassuring guests of a nearby first aid kit nearby or an option for insurance against the kayaks may alleviate some of the anxieties.
Enjoy sharing your love for the place in addition to its history.
All the very best!
Just a heads up...your listing subtitle says you have -0- bathrooms?
You need to add a Bathroom (Room) to your photos in order for this to be corrected.
Wifi Speed
Airbnb has the ability to add your Wifi speed directly to your listing using the App. Go to Amenities under WiFi and you'll see where to add this. Log on to the WiFi network in the listing (I would turn off all devices like smart TVs etc.) and then use the speed test Airbnb provides. You'll get a callout on your listing showing the speed:

Amenities - Still Missing Edits
Looks like some of your amenities are still missing the little pencil icon edits on your Amenities list. I would go through your entire amenties list (click edit at the top right) and add details everywhere you see the little pencil icon:
Just continue to brag about this place of yours it looks like it deserves all 5 star reviews.❤️
Hello @Brian-and-Clara0
It is gorgeous!
I have little to add to the others; I have found that a personal , unique style that speaks to you as the host- a picture, painting, pets, all add to the experience- as hosts, we are "better" than hotels (noooo offense meant to hotels); in that we offer a one to one service; shared cultures and unforgettable memories.
Hope this helps.
All success!
Best
