New listing Help!

Hi, 

 

I am setting up a new listing and I've had a look through existing peoples house ads and they seem to have more options than I am getting e.g. 'other things to note', 'guest access' etc

 

I have also looked through the help section on how to add self check in and it tells me to change it under 'Guest resources' I can't find this anywhere!!! 

 

Help! I'm getting rather frustrated!! I am not finding Airbnb very easy to navigate, am I the only one???!!!
