i can't switch to hosting

Hello
I am preparing to list a high end home in an area of popular interest in PBC on the ICW starting in 2024. I travel and am not interested in managing it myself. This will be my first, and only listing.
Are there reliable local companies who can guide me through the process of how to make the best of this listing and manage it for me. I am seeking resource guides to make this a success.
Thank you for all assistance.

Hi @Lynn1795, Congratulations on this new project!
Here are some links that could be helpful. You can connect with a SuperHost to get some help setting up a listing: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/article/3011
It could also be useful to explore the Co-Host page where you can find Co-Hosts in your area who could help with managing bookings and other important activities for your Airbnb business: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Community-Guides/How-to-find-and-become-an-experienced-Co-Host-o...
I hope this is helpful.

Thank you for your help. We will look at the available local Super Hosts or willing Co-Hosts to see what route would be best for us. We hope to have the property ready by May 2024 if not sooner.
Hi! I'm a professional co-host/manager. My team and I are able to help! Shoot me a DM for more info and to discuss.
@Lynn1795 A couple of thoughts:
1) Any contract with a manager should be clear as to what happens when the relationship ends. Its not something people typically look at but is essential to avoid you being locked in to a bad provider.
2) Ideally have the listing set up with you as the host and the management company as the co host. This way if you have to move managers then you won't lose all your reviews/bookings.
A good manager will not have a problem with this.......
