Hi all and Happy new Year!

I wish you all a sucessfull 2026.

I have been a host since September 2024 and last year in december I became an superhost.

When i build my garage I had this in my plan to have an additional income and this is the result.

Feel free to come with feedback.

As a welcome gift I always have a small bottle of Prosecco on arrival together with a personal welcome letter.

Hi Magnus,

this an amazing property with so many amenities!  For a profile picture I would lead with pictures #2, 64, or 65 to show the beautiful exterior of your farmhouse.  This will get more attention than an interior shot. The location and farmhouse nature feel are what sells me to look further into this listing and book it. Hope this helps!

Hi @Daodu0 , so far we are satisfired witht he traffic from AIRBNB. And the time to do such a project is limited. I ahve shared it on my privat social medial channels. Do you ahve any experiance of increased traffic with an custom direct website?

@Magnus150 many hosts I've worked with don't rely on Airbnb. most guests come from Airbnb and social media also help in increasing visibility. custom direct booking website integrated with Airbnb increases booking, no platform fees, increase visibility, build credibility, long term relationship with guest, calendar sync to avoid double booking, SEO-Optimized, google ranking and more.
