Newbie needs help with dates

I would greatly value a zoom conversation with an expert. 

I am a first-timer. 

I need help setting the dates when we are available. I want to make these dates visible up-front to the casual observer. Further, I'm worried I'm missing important things in my listing.

@Glenn303 The only way to makes dates visible is via the calendar. I suppose you could put some text in the description but that would be a bit odd.

I assume you are aware that by doing a min 30 day stay you are likely to create a tenancy and yet you will not have a tenancy agreement or a deposit if something goes wrong.

Also your monthly discount and introductory discount are additive - So you are giving 40% off the first 3 bookings which is fine if you know it.

I didn't see anything on the website regarding tenancy ... can you point me to that? I don't even know what it is.

You don’t look on the website for info on this. You need to look up the laws in your jurisdiction. It might be best if you don’t allow long term bookings until you get your bearings. Airbnb is not the best platform for long term bookings anyway. Very risky.

Our home is available from Feb 5 - April 9, but we'll only rent it for a month. I can't figure out how to indicate the dates the home is available. Can you tell me please?

Unclear what you are asking. Available dates are shown on your listing calendar. What do you mean, "the casual observer"?

When I change the dates to the right dates, the system doesn't save them. It gives me the default dates.
