I just lost my Superhost criteria because I only had 9 stays in 2025 instead of the minimum 10. This is because in Westminster London I am limited to 90 days a year on Airbnb. I fulfilled those 90 days but over 9 stays of 10 days instead of 10 stays of 9 ... Latest reply by Joelle43
