Is this a real owner? Or is this a scam listing?

This listing only has 5 reviews. The owner profile seems off. He is either very quirky or made up. I have been having the hardest time finding a flat in London that’s not a scam. 

What do you think? Real listing or scam?

I don't know why you think that this listing is a scam when 

1. The host is a Superhost and has been for 8 years
2. The listing has a very recent 5* review plus other 5* reviews
3. The listing is a Guest Favorite
4. The listing is showing up as being verified by Airbnb
5. Host has provided a full profil and can't find anything quirky
6. Host has other listings

As a host myself, I can tell you that we have to go through many hoops to have our listings and profils verified.

Your profil indicates that you have been 8 years on Airbnb and yet there is only 1 old review.  Some hosts may have some reservations renting to you so trust is a two way thing.  What makes you say that you have encountered listings that are scams in London?  There are strict guidelines in place now for renting in London but would love to hear what scams you have come across please?  If there are scams in place then Airbnb need to know about them.
