Your Guests love you, but your property is scoring Bottom 10% Listing.

Nobody says anything really horrible, but the negatives are consistently the same,  That says no remedy by Host.  The less than Airbnb Preference of 4.8 lowers your display so lowers your traffic.

Fixable.

Update your description to describe the property

Stairs can you install another handrail?  Supply a baby gate since steep.

Kitchen make sure set up for the group you encourage  If 4 then minimum place setting for 4 4 glasses 4 mugs.

Back yard- just usable.  no weeds or trash.

Windows review window coverings.

Once you make fixes . Be posidrive in your description.  Upgrades based on customer feedback.  Always improving.

Then use Airbnb Custom Discounts 20% discount on certain days Airbnb will market the sale.

Your place looks clean, cozy, and well-maintained, great job on creating a welcoming space! That said, guest feedback is incredibly valuable since they’ve experienced the stay firsthand. A few guests have pointed out the lack of curtains in the living area, which could impact their sense of privacy, especially during the evenings.

It might be worth considering installing a double-layer curtain setup: sheer curtains for daytime light and ambiance, and blackout curtains for full privacy and better light control. This small update could go a long way in enhancing guest comfort and possibly improving your overall reviews.
