Category Escalated

Hello everybody, thank you very much for your help. I have sent a request for 2 of my properties to be listed in LUXE category. Its been now several months and the status of my request is still on «ESCALATED» What does this mean please?

I'm exactly in your situation! I made a request through Elevate October last year and nothing happened. Two weeks ago I called Customer Service and they suggested to make again the request, which I did, but it is still in the status "Escalated" as the previous one ...
