Nightly rate adjustment

I've Just relisted my place after many years absence. The first 3 guests payments were fine, the latest had a discount applied without me changing anything or setting up discounts. Please help?

Looks like you have selected the 10% non-refundable option for your listing:

To remove that, go to:

Listing Editor

Cancellation Policy

Turn OFF Non Refundable Option Slider
