I’ve gone from being fully booked all the time to having no bookings the next two months. Is this just the market? Or my listing?

To find out you need to do your market research on supply and demand in your location @Carrie548 for your sort of listing .
I can't think why you'd like it was your listing with such a highly rated, lovely property.

Agree. Through the app go & see what listings near you are charging ‘ if they are even booked.
If you see there are places near you booked already consider temporarily decreasing you listing price to get activity going again.

Something is amiss with AirBNB algorithms they are getting into some deep water with this BS...class action suit is suggested on other sites
Hi, I've experienced the same frustration as you are. I went 4 months with no inquiries or bookings after being pretty booked for over 2 years. Customer Service refuses to help. Have you gotten any resolution? If so, what did you do? By the way, I dropped the nightly rate on my condo lower than the others around me but still no luck. I had 4 different people look for my place on the app and it wouldn't pop. I even zoomed into my specific complex and it still would not show, so it wasn't a pricing problem. If you've found a fix, I would love to know what it was. Thank you!
Same situation for me. Customer service (other airbnb hosts) suggest update pics! no one looking! other bs replies. My house does not show on map search. Can't seem to talk to get actual employee to answer concern. I had 4 star rating and only one neg review from someone trying to rip me off. About to leave site unless I can resolve.
Hi @Jac4408,
I was able to see your listing on the first page when I searched for homes in New London, Flexible dates, 2 guests. I appreciate that it's a big concern for you though if you can't see your own listing. I'll raise this with the team just to check there are no bugs in the system. 🐛
