No bathroom?!

Our listing shows 0 bathrooms. Obviously, we have a bathroom. There are 2 pictures of the bathroom, but it seems that it will only list that we have  a bathroom if we do the photo tour, which I do not want.

Hi Richard, this one is the photo tour, and I know it is not the part anyone enjoys, but it is worth doing here. Airbnb now pulls your bathroom count from the rooms in the photo tour rather than a simple number field, so until a bathroom exists there it shows as zero no matter how many bathroom photos you have. The fix is quick: open the photo tour, add a bathroom, drop your two bathroom photos into it, and set whether it is a full or half bath. The count should update right after.

I would push through the reluctance on this one for two reasons. First, a listing that says 0 bathrooms looks broken to guests, and worse, it gets filtered straight out whenever someone searches with any bathroom filter, so it is quietly costing you bookings. Second, Airbnb has been shifting room and amenity scoring into the photo tour, so listings that complete it tend to get shown a little more. It is a ten minute job once and then it is done. Hope that sorts it.
