@Saurbh0 Most Hosts are experiencing a slow season, but you may consider the following on how to increase your bookings and occupancy.

-Ensure your listing has high-quality, well-lit photos showcasing the best features of your space. Write a detailed and honest description of your space. Highlight unique features, amenities, and local attractions.

-Keep your listing updated, especially regarding availability, pricing, and any new amenities or improvements. Research prices of similar listings in your area to ensure your rates are competitive.

-Provide amenities that enhance comfort, like Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, or entertainment options. Create a guidebook for guests with recommendations for local dining, activities, and transportation.

-Run special promotions or offer discounts for longer stays to attract guests. Offer discounts for last-minute bookings to fill empty dates.

-Encourage guests to leave reviews. Respond to all reviews, both positive and negative, in a professional manner. Reach out to your previous guests here on Airbnb with special offers to encourage repeat bookings. Hope this helps!

Hello @Saurbh0!

Could you kindly post your link to your full listing to make it easier for people to give advice?

Here are my suggestions from your listing;

1) Please change the title of your listing as it says home stay but when reading underneath it says it is a fully serviced apartment.  Home stays give an impression you are staying in a room with the host family.

2) There are too many pictures to your listing. Aim to keep the number of pictures to under 50 if possible. There seemed to be many duplicate pictures.

3) You may want to write more in your description. What is unique about your listing? Is it near parks, local attractions, quiet, comfy, has access to special amenities?

4) How far are you from local attractions, public transport, cafes or restaurants?

5) The comforter on the bed is quite dark. Many places that appeal to people are lighter or brighter colors. This may however be biased as in India your choice of comforter may be appealing to guests- I’d say ask a few female friends for their advice on this.

6) Did you consider running some specials on your listing to attract visitors?

7) Have you checked similar listings in your area to see if you are priced similarly or what does your listing have that they don’t or what could you do to add to your listing amenity wise?

Good luck and let us know how it goes!
