Not able to publish listing

Hi

 

Not able to publish listing, on pressing publish button, I get the message   to set up routing rules in payout.

 

Under payout there is no option to set routing rules,bank account is added 4 days back but the status says pending.

 

Please assist.

Payout routing rules can only be set by using the website (not the app)
