Not getting bookings
I’m frustrated because we had a guest that was a nightmare and now owe Airbnb $$ we desperately need more guests and we have not gotten a booking. We have only one great review and need help
Please let me know how we can make the listing better. I have been playing with the title. We live in building and want to be real about regular noise. We’ve tried different wording for that as well.
please share what you thinking about the listing

Hi @Myriam775
Try retaking some photos of the bedrooms and style the beds a bit more add pillows, cushions, and neatly layered bedding to make them look cozy and inviting. An empty or sparsely styled bed can feel cold and unappealing to guests.
Well-staged bedroom photos really help guests imagine themselves resting comfortably in the space.

I found it difficult to orient myself about the apartment/building.
Is the whole apartment on the first floor? How can it be accessed?
Listing says "Another family occupies the neighboring unit". Where is this, on the ground floor?
You wrote in your message: "We live in building" (?)
IMO the description of the building should be more clear, to make clear what to expect.
Furthermore:
Some photos have strange descriptions added, like balcony / laundry area mentioning the kitchen ameneties etc..

You only have 1 review so lack of traffic is a big problem.
Suggestion:
You need to build traffic again. That really affects where Airbnb showcases your listing. At least temporarily, make sure you’re about 20% lower and use the nonrefundable discount. It will make a 30% discount for display, but the nonrefundable protects you from scammers.
Change the cover photo. If I am a group of 4, I want to see your beautiful living room.
Add two additional seats and a small table to the patio so 4 can enjoy.
I can guess your nightmare guest was about townhouse noise. Realize the nightmare, but one declaration is enough—the rest of us don’t need numerous declarations. It gives the impression there’s a negative, a lot of noise.
Use one of the AI tools. Research what your market is, then get it to rewrite your description and your title so you are focused on Airbnb conversions.
