Not getting reservations

Not getting reservations. Since start of year I have only gotten two reservations. I have been a superhost for 5 years and the house has always been busy and people like it.

Sorry to hear that you're not getting many bookings. I had a quick look and the only thing I can see is that your calendar is closed until the end of March for your yellow room, but I wonder if @Kitty-and-Creek0@Ouadie2 and @Roy1245 can spot anything with their experienced host eyes that I couldn't? 👀

Hello @Susan5316  , you have beautiful listings and great ratings. It seems that everything should be working fine and you should have a full calendar. Did you temporarily disable your listings? I see that your reviews end in October 2024 and only two new ones are from 2025. Maybe that's the reason they are less visible. Check the prices of your competitors, maybe yours need to be verified, nothing else can be done I guess.

*edit, After verifying the search for the period March 13-16, only one of your listings, "Green Room", appears in the results, the rest are invisible. After entering a longer deadline - 7 days (March 13-20), a "White Room" and "Green Room" appears, the resta re invisible.

I suspect you have something set incorrectly.

l end up going outside Airbnb with referrals from the community.  Often they are longer term .  So when the listings don’t show they  are occupied.  I have to keep money coming in.  But I would prefer staying Airbnb.  I have had a good run over the past 5 years but  last year got hard.

@Susan5316  I know how difficult it is to rent rooms in a shared space, so your overall rating of 4.94 deserves the highest recognition, especially since you have 300 ratings. Congratulations and I take my hat off to you.

I agree with @Marcin65 . Since you have multiple listing.... please narrow down on the least. Go step by step on the lsiting and visibility. Also as suggested check the similiar pricing on the map  go to pricing> click nightly pricing> click "show similiar listing" My want to reconsider the cancellation policy and min. days of stay.
