Not getting the booking
Is this to do with setting at the air end or the apple end of the phone? please answer as I have missed booking this way as I don't get the message on my iphone 7. I have phoned twice to air and the last time they did not bother to get back to me.

Are you asking about text notifications, @Francesca18? I went through a spate of this a few years ago but the bookings were still arriving via the app and email. Please elaborate on the issue you're facing.

yes I read all that Helen but sadly not getting reservations requests through to my apple iphone 7 even though all that is checked and ticked correctly. Mabye at some point I found it annoying and asked not to have the but now I want them back.

@Francesca18 Make sure you check at least 2 methods of receiving notifications, so if one fails, you'll still get the other. When my text alerts stopped for a month and a half, I still got the alerts on my email.
