I read there was no heat, air conditioning, water which I’m thinking was a mistake. It’s a really cute property. I think more details would help you.

Hi @Joy1769 😊

Welcome to the community!

I’m sorry to hear about your situation, but this is definitely the place to find good ideas on how to solve it.

Have you updated your Airbnb listing profile to indicate that you have heating and air conditioning?

Also, when did you start renting?

I’ll mention a few experienced hosts to see if they have any helpful suggestions for you:

@Lorina14@Jim-and-Caroline0@Joe771 and @Amy3326

Thank you in advance everyone!

Warm regards🌻,

Thank you @Elisa for the mention. @Joy1769 I see a few things right off the bat that will help you get this cute placed booked. First I would recommend getting professional pictures taken. Some of the pictures are dark and at an angle. Professional pictures will help show off your property in the best light. I would also see about getting pictures taken at dusk for the back area. That time of day produces some of the best light. Once you have the professional pictures put in descriptions for a lot of the images so people know what they are looking at.

I would also look at the naming your townhouse something fun.  Guest love a house with a name. It gives it character and makes it feel inviting.

Your description is a "light", you need a hook to capture people and entice them to stay at your place. The hook needs to be in the title and the description. You should have descriptions that talk about what is in the kitchen, each bedroom, the bathroom, the living like a smart TV and the size, parking, pet friendly or not. If you are pet friendly then put that in the title.

I hope this helps and good luck.

@Joe771 Thank you,  I appreciate the feedback.  I haven't learned the system yet.  I thought I was actually helping someone.

I'm doing really well.  Every weekend has been rented since I put it up the first of Oct.

I will work on the name also.

Thank you,

Joy

i think you hit post instead of the reply button at the end of the post that was listing the issues and asking for advice. You can delete your post if it was an accident and go back to the post you thought you were responding to and post your suggestions for the fellow host.
