Hiya @Ray2063 !

 I did find your listing on search, but it took some doing! I finally found it using the map area search. You're on page 4 (spot 2). Looks like a very saturated market and all 30-day rentals in Palm Springs (the result of restrictions on short term rentals?).

You have a lot of competition and it will be tough to stand out. You only have one review from Mar 2023, so no stars yet. You also don't have the *New* boost that Airbnb gives for one month. That means your listing will be hard to find in guest searches. I see you added accessibiiity features (which help in search rank), but the ones you have on your listing are not available choices for search filters. Sigh. The only other option I can offer is lowering the price, but not sure that is viable for you. I'm not familiar with the Palm Springs market, but I believe this is the "slow season" and it picks up in the winter months?

Maybe other hosts have suggestions?

Hope all is well with you.  I suggest to double check your listing and make sure that you haven’t accidentally made your listing unavailable, ensure your calendar is up to date and that you have availability for the desired dates you are searching.

Reach out to Airbnb customer support team to report the issue. They can assist you in resolving the problem.  Hope this helps.
