Hi, I’m Peta

im currently listed on Airbnb and Airbnb only. It is our private residence so it’s can become a bit difficult at times but we are desperate for money as I can’t work anymore to an illness.

do you recommend joining something like Guesty Lite or just stick with Airbnb?

our booking are very good and suiting our lifestyle.

does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your illness but it's great that Airbnb is an option for you. I wondered if you decided to continue with Airbnb or if you'd added an extra platform? 🙂

Multiple platforms really depends on your market.  In Hawaii majority tourists, I had multiple platforms because some of my market used Airbnb, some of market other platforms, some of my market because I was Oahu hospitals and the university people from outer islands.

Arizona I have a different market I only use Airbnb.  My market now is I do contract workers because there are different businesses that do it enough that I do very well.  That market uses social media pages usually which I don't like because it is on me to  validate.  I used my Airbnb Custom Link posted on these pages because Guest like that I am  validated and they  pay Airbnb.  I did it when I started and very rarely now.

It isn't what you like it has to be what does the buyer use.
