Page views is missing

Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced missing performance data on a new listing?

My listing has already received 1 booking and 7 wishlist saves. Airbnb support has also confirmed that they can see page views and search impressions internally.

However, my Host Performance dashboard still shows 0 page views, 0 search impressions, and empty graphs. At one point it even displayed negative values (-47 and later -24).

I also enabled the Professional Hosting Tools in the hope that it would provide more complete and up-to-date analytics, but unfortunately it has not made any difference.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did the data eventually appear, or did Airbnb identify it as a technical issue?

YES! It was very frustrating until the lady from support explained that a lot of those options are not activated until your first booking checks in and then more so after they check out and  you receive your payment.

More options got activated the day they checked in❤️

I actually thought I had replied a long time ago, but I just realized that I never did. 

After my first guests checked out, more of the performance data finally became visible, just like you said.
